Return Conditions

We accept returns within 14 days from the date of order receipt, provided that:

  • The product is in its original, unused, and unwashed condition.
  • The product is in its original packaging with all tags attached.
  • The product has not been customized or modified at the customer's request.

Non-refundable Products

Returns are not accepted for:

  • Products on sale or purchased with discount codes exceeding 30%.
  • Products damaged due to improper use or customer negligence.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact us at simopettinari.brand@gmail.com within 14 days of receipt, indicating your order number and the reason for the return.
  2. We will send you instructions for returning the product.
  3. Once the product is received and verified, we will process the refund within 7 business days.

Refunds

The refund will be issued using the same payment method used for the purchase. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in the case of a defective product or an error on our part.

Defective Products

If you have received a defective or incorrect product, please contact us immediately at info@simosp.com. We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund, including shipping costs.
